My goal and mission is to help managers and leaders of companies to use what science knows but Management does not apply, simply because they do not know!
I seek, through research, writing and training, to help leaders discover the evolutionary origins of our behavior in order to practice natural leadership, create the trust factor and know how to manage cultural and mental software differences. I am also Prof. Associate of Organizational Behavior and Strategic HR Management at ISG-Business & Economics School in Lisbon. I believe that science is a way to think and find natural explanations for everything, including how we humans have become what we are and do what we do.
